Wine tasting

We find more and more interested in wine tasting events lead by professional sommelier.

Wine and delicious food training

We will teach you the proper way to hold your wine glass or how to serve wine. You can join beginners or advanced training. We also cater for those interested in the history of food and wine.

Every lesson takes 2 x 45 minutes with 10 minutes break. Lessons are completed with video projection and tasting of selected wine and drinks. Special lessons include cheese tasting and fine cigars.

Lessons are led by Mr. Branko Černý , who is well experienced sommelier and wine taster. He writes for Sommelier magazine, co-worker on TV Prima´s life cooking show Prima Vařečka, co-author of “Velká kniha o snoubení vín a pokrmů and “50 dnů s vinaři“.

Wine-table tasting

Wine-table tasting is a form of wine tasting where different kinds of wines are presentated on tables and served by Sommeliers. Guests will be given informations about presented wines and can choose which they want to taste.

Wine-table tasting takes from 60 to 240 minutes and fits in perfectly with parties, company presentations or other events.

Tasting led by sommelier

Tasting led by sommelier is a form of wine tasting when all guests sit behind tables, where is everything set up (glasses, cold drinks, tap food). Sommelier always introduce each type of wine, while waiters are serving.

Number of types of wine: 8-12, duration 60 – 90 mins. This wine tasting event goes perfectly with your employees meeting or meeting with your clients, company training from 5 up to 50 guests. If you´ll decide to use a sound distribution system and adequate number of waiters, you can invite even more guests. Our record is 402 guests served by 27 waiters and led by sommelier.

Slow Food wine tasting

This is the ultimate wine tasting experience where different kinds of food and wine are served. Smaller portions are served to get through 5 courses and 10 types of wine. Sommelier introduce wine and food and explain why different kinds of food goes with different wine. Always very popular is Cheese and Wine tasting – 12 types of cheese and 12 types of wine.

This type of wine tasting is recommended for gala dinners, celebrations or other interesting events catering from 5 to 50 guests.

Wine show and entertainment

This is a great programme for garden party or company evening. Competitions are held for those with different levels of wine knowledge. We can also provide you with entertainment such as traditional Czech folk music, traditional dressed dancers and waiters.
