General terms

All orders and reservations will be taken with acceptance of business terms and conditions which are listed below.

Contracts and numbers

Contact with the number of people must be submitted in writing at least 10 days prior to the event date. If for any reason the original number of people differs from the stated amount in the contract, we will give a 10% discount of the signed contract price.

All services provided i.e. flowers, lights, music, etc. Must be included in the contract.

Terms of payment

A deposit of 60% of full contract must be paid 10 days before the event date. Payment accepted in cash or bank transfer. Full payment must be received 14 days after the event. An additional 0.05% interest will be charged for each day of non payment from the due date. 5% discount will be given for full payment in cash prior to the event.

Cancellation terms

Clients are allowed to cancel the event at least 15 days prior to the event. All cancellations must be given in writing. Without a written cancellation we have the right to charge under the following terms:

  • Cancellation 15-11 days prior to event= 20% of total payment
  • Cancellation 10- 6 days prior to event = 45% of total payment
  • Cancellation 5-3 days prior to event = 70% of total payment
  • Cancellation 48 hours prior to event = 100% of total payment

Service, transportation, inventory

Inventory fee I.E. plates, cutlery, tablecloths etc.

Is calculated per person unless otherwise stated

Transportation within Prague up to 50 people is 3,500czk excluding tax.

Damages

All damages to furniture, building etc. must be paid for in full.
